Welcome to our FAQ page! We’ve compiled everything you need to know about shopping with us, from shipping to returns and more. If you still have questions, we’re just an email away.
What are your shipping rates and timelines?
We offer USPS standard shipping based on weight and location.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (ideally within 24 hours unless it’s a weekend). Shipping usually takes 5–7 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Can I order online and pick up in-store?
Yes! Simply select in-store pickup at checkout to skip shipping fees.

Use our fitting rooms to try before you buy. Not quite right? We offer store credit on pickup orders returned within 2 business days.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also check out using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Please note:
Prepaid credit cards without a registered billing address are not accepted.
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address provided.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the payment method or make changes to the order.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds — and here’s why:
At Project ReWear, we’re committed to reducing textile waste. By skipping returns, we avoid the environmental cost of reprocessing, shipping, and packaging.
That said, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, email us at kim@projectrewear.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?Not yet! For now, we shipwithin the U.S. only, but we’re working on expanding.
How can I track my order?As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with yourUSPS tracking numberso you can follow your preloved items every step of the way.
Are your items in good condition?
Yes! Every item is carefully handpicked for style, brand, and quality.
We only accept items in very good condition — meaning no major wear, damage, or stains.
Many pieces are gently worn, and some are even new with tags (NWT).
Minor signs of wear may occur, but they never compromise style or functionality.
To see an item's condition read the item's listing page and you'll see the condition at the bottom of the product description. We've included the different item conditions below:
New With Tags: This item has not been worn and has the original store tags attached.
Excellent: This item is practically new! It shows no obvious signs of being worn or washed.
Good: This item shows no major flaws and has only been gently worn.
SIZING:
How do I know the item will fit me? Because Project ReWear lists items from many different brands, sizes may vary and aren't always consistent between brands. We recommend checking out our sizing chart if you're unsure how an item will fit or if the brand is new to you.
